Hi;
Do anyone have an idea of qualification of brewer's yeast tablet? It is so complicated that I have no idea establishing a standard.
Any suggestion or related standards about this topic will be appreciated.
Best regards!
Terry Z

For what purpose do you wish to qualify the tablet? The qualification has to be tied to some measureable property. One can weigh each tablet and show the mean weigt an variability of the batch. Not much help if the question is salt content...

Give a bit more information and we may be able to help.
