TD-100 Deviation; Tube Oven Not Heating

The inside of our TD100xr was flashing red and white while the screen had this error "TD-100 Deviation; Tube Oven Not Heating". Closed the software, turned the TD100xr off with the toggle switch in the back, waited a minute and turned it back on, then restarted the software. Test run had everything working again the first time. Then this error happened about 12 hours later and restarting did not fix the issue. Does anyone know what we can try?

Check all connectors between TD-100 and your instrument and resistance of heater and temperature sensor also.
