I have two Agilent 6980 GS's plus a headspace. Does anyone know of a reliable and affordable contract company to do these services?

Safshar,
I know of two sources of Agilent GC support. One is Lakeview located in Minnesota (612 978-8012). This is where I send my Agilent GC equipment for repair. Another source is Terra Technologies in Kentucky (
http://www.ttiservice.com/). I have no experience with their service.

Full Spectrum Analytics is based in California. They do a good job of service in Colorado, although I'm not familiar with their service techs in CA.

Customer Service Associates, they're ASPs for Agilent. You can request them when you call Agilent.
