Usually, it is possible determination only one class compunds on one HPLC
instrument at one time.

I'm looking for HPLC model having 4-streams possibility alowing 4 method
running by one person on one instrument (probably Sciex LC-MS/MS).

You can have a look at the express systems of Eksigent. It has 8 streams possibility and if I am not wrong it allows 8 different or the same methods to be run.

I think their website is: www.eskigent.com

PS: Do you want to do simultaneous analysis from 4 different LC-columns? If yes, what kind of MS instrument (you said MS/MS... due you mean their triple quadropole or their hybrid quadrupole ToF?

Check out the MUX systems from MicroMass!
