slicer on Agilent 6540

Good day!
interested in the question of cleaning slicer at TOF Agilent. Has anyone done this on their own, or maybe there are manuals on how to do this?

I cleaned the slicer on our 6530 before we had a service contract on it. (Did not fix the problem though-turned out to be the detector) Was actually fairly straightforward. I like the engineering on these instruments,relatively easy to take apart. Would only recommend if you have experience doing this sort of thing though.
