Scion GC-456 connecting to PC issue

Hi
There is a SCION GC-456 with a RGA configuration. we've installed the system successfully and made ethernet connection with PC. but after setting user to start an analysis connection gets lost and PC doesnt recognise the system anymore. can someone guide us with this issue?
what are the possible causes?
