Trace GC Ultra temperatures problem

Hi, we have a Trace GC Ultra coupled to ISQ LT Mass spectrometer. We are having problems with temperatures of all the modules. None of the modules heats. If someone have any information I´ll really appreciate. Regards

Check the vaccum and leak. If the vaccum is not optimal then it will not allow you to heat any modules.
