Aluminum-clad retention gap

Does anyone know of a manufacturer or vendor that can supply a DEACTIVATED aluminum-clad fused silica guard column (10m x 0.53mm)?

Why do you want an aluminium clad column? I believe these fell out of use when it was found that repeated heating and cooling of columns caused the cladding to lose contact with the FS, giving column breakage. Also, do you really want a 10m guard column, this seems very long.

Yeah I know the concerns with aluminum-clad columns, but I analyze polymer additives by on-column injection. Some of the analytes are quite heavy (MW=1200) and I need to run the column up to 400C in order to elute them, and I haven't found any polyimide-coated fused silica columns that can go above 380C. Other analytes of interest are fatty amides, which have proved to be extremely active on "deactivated" steel retention gaps, and I'm willing to try an aluminum-clad column (if I can find one). Any suggestions?

We formerly used aluminum clad high temperature columns from Quadrex, but had breakage issues after a few years (but still worth their use). Now we use stainless-steel high temperature capillaries from Quadrex, even better.
