Column and Method for CO2 solubility in organic solvent

I am a new phd student and am trying to set up a gc-tcd for some research. I have an HP 5890 series II GC with a Carboxen-1010 PLOT capillary column.

I am trying to determine the solubility of CO2 in acetonititrile and varying v/v percent solutions of acetonitrile/TFE.

Do I run the risk of ruining the column by doing liquid injections? Any suggestions on starting temperatures and ramp rates?

Packed inlet or splitless/split? I don't think you will hurt the column but I am not sure if you will have enough sensitivity with a TCD. Also, you will have an issue of number of sequential runs you can tack together before getting popped by the solvent.
