Totalchrom chromatograms

In TotalChrom I would like to
- Create an .EMF-file with a chromatogram without baseline-subtraction
- At the same time calculate with baseline-subtraction
So, in my sequence-file I fill the Baseline-column with the file I want to subtract. Unfortunately the .EMF that is created is also a chromatogram with subtraction.
It's possible to do all actions twice to obtain the result I want, but it would be more convenient to do these actions in one "batch".
Is there anyone who could help me with this problem
