Hello,everyone;
I have to calibrate our HPLC systems, it's my first time to make a instrument calibartion.Do anyone have USA national standards or GMP about this ?A relatively website is OK.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Do you mean an OQ/PQ? Generally we use calibration to mean running a standard used to generate a calibration curve of response (integrated area or peak height) versus concentration.

For an OQ we do the following kinds of tests:

pump flow rate accuracy
injector precision
detector linearity and noise

For a PQ we do a simple reverse phase method for caffeine, which is a very common standard used for HPLC qualification. By injecting different concentrations we can test the pump flow rate accuracy, gradient precision, and detectors all at once by comparing to prior data.

We do the OQ part annually or after maintenance/repair, and the PQ every six months.
