shaw dew point meter

Hi everybody
thanks for considering this question
i use shaw dew point meter for determination moisture, should i use a pressure guage or valve befor gas inlet?
if i use regulator i will know the pressure and for calculation i can use it (line pressure in the image)
and if i dont use regulator and assume that pressure is 1 bar, then i have different answer?
