Discussions about GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-FTIR, and other "coupled" analytical techniques.
I'd write the proposal suggesting Quechers as a possibility for quick analysis, but try not to lock yourself into using it. It's a broad range extraction and could prove itself reliable for 70% of the compounds you're interested in but a total wash for others. Also due to the small amount of cleanup typically used matrix effects can create problems for broad range detectors (ECD,FID,AED)Please, Now I have writing the project for poc doc.....my main idea is a analysis the endocrine disrupting chemicals....My question...Is possible to use QuECHERS method for then compounds ? Or my ideia is a sweet dream ..
