Hello All.
Finally I decided to finish my master degree; so before my thesis I have to present a seminar; this seminar is basicly a bibligrafic research.
fortunately ( That's what I think) I have to do an overview obout sample treatment techniques, suitable for chromatography.
I must to admit that the most of the sample treatment That I have used were an autodidactic process; so now I am trying to put in order all the disorder of information in some logical sequence.
I am focusing in SPE, SPME, LPME, MASE, HS; as principal also I would talk abot SFE, LLE; for general aplication.
Someone know a bout a good article about it? I looked for it in the internet but I couldn't find it; I saw a couple of book but for me is a Kind of dificult to get it here; I know there are lot of other techniques I did not mentioned; there are other important one that i am forgeting or I do not know it?

Thanks in advance and best regards.

Oscar.

Google " sample preparation chromatography ", as well as the books, you will find articles from manufacturers for specific techniques ( ion chromatography, TLC, GC, HPLC etc.). Select the relevant juicy pieces from each.

I would pilfer ( with attribution ) some o the flow charts from suppliers of consumables such as SPE, and build around those. Theres also a lot of good information in the catalogues of chromatography suppliers.

Please keep having fun,

Bruce Hamilton

Thank you Bruce for your advice; the english is not my native languege; son when I looked for it "Sample Preparation" instead of "Sample Treatment; I got so much better results.

Dear Zokitano Thank you very much for your bibliografy imput.
I read some abstracts and look very well.
