I have been using a well-established method set in Empower 3 for years. Over the weekend, the technicians couldn't get any meaningful results as all the reports that were printing off stated 'Chromatogram w Gradient group contains no data'.

When I went into the Injections tab in Browse Project, all the chromatograms were there but there were no results saved in the Results tab. I could save the results and print them out using the specified report method, but why has Empower stopped doing this automatically via Run and Report?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you run out of table space in the project? Also check your report method against your labels and samplename etc so you have no data filters that could be blocking the view of data.
