method by HPLC for quaternized triethanolamine esters

hello!!!
I need a easy method for esterquats. I have a Jasco instrument model PU 2089 plus quaternari in this moment only have one column ( TRACER EXCEL 120 ODSB 3 micrometres, 150*0.46 with end-capped.
two detectors: LS and diodearray.
Can you help me?
I dont have experience with these compounds.
