I'm interested of finding any methode of on the web, or if any one has, to study the size of liposomes by HPLC.
Thanks

As opposed to light scattering or microscopy? Liposomes are fairly easily disrupted, and under conditions of pressure and varying solvent strength I cannot imagine you would obtain meaningful data wrt real world characteristics. Perhaps an electrophoretic technique would be more appropriate for the problem? I've heard of people using GPC, you might look into that.
