Dear dibbadijam,
Clarity calibration file (*.cal) is a separate file linked to the Clarity Method (*.met) and subsequently to the Chromatogram files (*.prm) by its name. You can create calibration curves with up to 20 concentration levels + one blank. In case the chromatogram (in Single analysis or Sequence windows) is marked as a standard and a concentration level is specified, the corresponding level in the calibration file linked to the used method will be recalibrated. The recalibration is performed according to the options set for recalibration in the Calibration options window - the options are replace, average (for specified number of recalibrations, maximum 100) and weighed average of the responses.
I will suggest the check the Clarity DEMO manual, section Tour through the Clarity station for the basic understanding, how calibration in Clarity works.

The bracketing calibration (i.e. evaluating the samples to the nearest neighboring standards in a sequence) requires some specific settings to be possible in Clarity, please contact me for detailed procedure.
