Hi, are there anyone out there who can help me explain why my system suitability failed? I ran Multiple Vitamin B's. Other B's passed except B2 on LCMS. Response was very low, around 2000. Does response has anything to do with system suitability? Thanks.

That depends entirely on how the SS criteria are written.
