I wonder whether anyone had experience with LC for simvastatin. What type of membrane filters should I use to filter the simvastatin solution for LC (the USP diluting solution 60:40 v/v acetonitrile and 0.01M monobasic potassium phosphate, pH 4.0), with lowest binding of simvastatin to the filteres?
