Hello,
I am interested in studying the theory of segmented gradients and how to effectively use it in the analysis of complex samples . I request any of you to let me know if there are any books or orginal articles which will me.

Thanking you
Santosh Gandhi.

The best book is "High-Performance Gradient Elution" by Snyder and Dolan. It has several sections on segmented gradients, but generally discourages such approaches, if I remember correctly.

You could start with ...

High-Performance Gradient Elution - The practical Application of the Linear-Solvent-Strength Model. Lloyd R. Snyder and John W. Dolan. Wiley 2007 ISBN 0471706469

[edit ] Oops - Uwe beat me whilst I was writing this, choose from...
" fools never differ" or "great minds think alike"
