how to remove the filter plate from the housing at the pump outlet? I try to pick up, but it does not move.

Put it in the fridge for a few hours. The Teflon ring will shrink a bit, so usually you can pull the frit out afterwards.
Alternatively, you can try to blow it out with high-pressure air.
