In our lab we have to do analysis on drinking water. We need to measure 1,3 dichloropropene (cis en trans).
We have the standards and then there is no problem. We have a good separation.
But in real samples we don't see anything.
We already spiked the samples before extraction.
Some where in the extraction or the GC we lose the 1,3 dichloropropene.
Does anybody has some experience with this problem?
