ammonium formate buffer

Hi,
i would like to prepare ammonium formate 10mM buffer pH 3, could anyone tell me how to prepare it ? i.e mix x mL of 10mM NH4OH with x mL of 10mM Ammonium formate solution.... to obtain a 10mM pH3 buffer.
