Hi

Although Reverse phase is the most common phase in 2-micron and sub 2-micron particle size category of columns, I would like to know is there a possibility of having Ion-exchange columns in 2-micron and sub 2-micron particle size category???

thanks

Sepax has a wide range of ion-exchange columns down to 1.7 um (or even maybe 1 um).

hi
just was wondering why there is not much stress/attention on Ion exchange chromatography columns in this range???....

Because reverse phase is the most widely used in HPLC, especially for the types of tests where saving time (money) and gaining sensitivity provide the most benefit.
