Help! Rusty Autosampler

Hi everyone!
I am trying to start the Waters Breeze System we have in the lab. It was not in use for awile and I guess it was shuted down with the buffer inside. So, autosampler and some valves got rusty. I cannot unscrew anything because of the rust.
I am wondering if someone know how to deal with this rust. I always use mineral oil for rusty screws on the car, but I don't really want the oil around LC.
