Greetings, can anyone tell me what column sets you are using for D3606. I've tried 6 sets of RESTEK's D3606 sets and they are totally inconsistent. Supelco is having trouble with there OV-101. I am definately SOL right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LabDirector,
You will note that Restek's application note shows a very small injection volume and an FID which means column overloading is not nearly as big an issue. Having said that ,I have installed a D3606 set from them and it works great but I am only shooting 1/2 uL. I will dig around and see if I can find any further info. This would be one for Rod (O' where art though.)
Best regards.

Lab Director,
I have used the Restek D 3606 column set and I can't say enough about the performance. Relative to column overload, I typically inject 1.0- 1.5ul with no problem. The ethanol/benzene resolution is typically > 3.5.
Regarding the issues you had with the Restek columns, I suggest you give them a call, ask for Barry, I can't remember his last name.
