Ammonium Formiate/ Ammonium bicarbonate

I want to know the pH of a 10 mM solution of ammonium formiate, and at same concentration for ammonium bicarbonate.

This should be helpful if you want to calculate them theoretically...

But one has conjugate ions of acids and bases which have different strength. That makes for a messy calculation. The buffer calculator which I have under my links here on this computer doesn´t have all the necessary entities, so no help here.
