Unicam Pro GC wont start

Hi All

We've got a unicam pro gc with a sniffer port, its been sitting unused in our lab for more than my 2 years here

i've been tasked with getting it up and running, i've sorted out all the various leaks and things it had wrong with it got a new syringe calibrated but it still wont inject, its not displaying any error messages, the autosampler does one rince and then returns to its parked position on the priority run or batch mode. if i try to do a manual injection it never displays the ready light!?

just wondering if anyones got any ideas as i'm a bit stuck

handshake issue with the sampler ? Think you may need to contact a local specialist

it would be nice, but the company dont want to spend any money to get it going, thanks for the reply tho
