Cerity NDS to Matlab via AIA format, total control of output

Hi All,
In trying to calibrate my MicroGC 3000 with a bunch of gases, I got really frustrated with the user-friendliness (NOT) of Cerity in controlling the output of Chromatograms graphics.
I have used the AIA output format and learned how to import the relevant fields into Matlab via an m file available freely at Matlab Central, netcdf.m. I have written some further m-files to produce nice output from the data structure which results; if any are interested in these techniques, I would be happy to post more information on my personal web-site.
