chemstation reporting in % not quantity

We have just had a new GCMS installed in our lab and even though 'quant report' is selected not percent report, the results are all in %. Does anyone know where in the software I need to go to change this please?

We had the same problem. I will do this if your sample amount is 1. You can check it by clicking on the sample button(the one with the green arrow) this will open a page. Make sure the sample amount equals 0. This should solve your problem. Note there is a sample amount column in the sequence table. This should be set to 0 as well.

I have tried both these things, and they were already reading 0...do you know of any other reason this might be happening?

Can i clarify what version of Chemstation you are using and also if you are using Chemstore ?

we are using Enhanced 01,01,335 version of chemstation I do not know if we have chemstore
