Medium- & High-throughput Chromatography Techniques?

Hi,
Within the next few months we're moving forward to perform some medium- to almost high-throughput chromatography on a TAP(tagged-affinity-purification) protocol to study plant protein-complexes.
Therefore we're going to need a total new set-up(equipment) to go from one single purification to several purifications at the same time.
Does anybody have any experience in this field and know what kind of material(+suppliers) is being used for this nowadays.
Any help or comment would be very welcome!!!
Thanks in advance,
Greetz Geert
