metamizole or dipyrone is hydrolyzed rapidly in the solution that contains thiamine and pyridoxine. thus, it is difficult to prepare the sample solution though we use pure organic solvent as the diluent.
could metamizole be fully degraded and determined through its degradant? however, if we use this way, we could not perform the stability assay related to this degradant (4-methylaminoantipyrine?).
