How can I generate quantitation reports in Chemstation? I am running a batch of samples for quantifying and would be interesting in generating a summary report with sample/file name, compound quantitated and amount present. What would be the easiest way to set this up. Thanks!

Which version of ChemStation do you have? LC, GC, or GC/MS?
In the LC and GC versions, there are summary report options under Sequence Output, but there are very few options. There is an Excel export macro that will also export data, and has some more flexibility.
If you have GC/MS, then perhaps someone else can suggest something.

Maybe I'm reading your post wrong, but is there something wrong with your "generate quant report" icon/menu item? Just click on that and select SUMMARY to PRINTER.
Or you can use custom reports; tell it you want to make a new template and it's pretty intuitive after that.
