SEC of caramel colors

Hello,
I want to separate by size exclusion chromatography compounds contained in caramel colors. This matrix contains sugars, polysaccharides, neutral, acidic or basic small molecules (pyrazines, furfural, imidazoles ...) and polymers formed from the degradation products of sugars.
I would therefore like to find a size exclusion chromatography column in aqueous phase which limits the interaction between these solutes and stationary phase.
What is the best column? What type of column used for limited hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions? silica-based column or polymeric stationary phases?
Thank you in advance for your answers
