Hi,
Standard: Methohexital
Sample: Methohexital Sodium for injection
Can anyone give me any ideas how to prepare standards, samples for HPLC run and a calculation for Methohexital sodium assay?

Heres an idea, walk down to the library and do some reading. Try the USP, I am sure the knowledge you seek is there.
