PCBs EN 12766

I need a courtesy .. I would like to know if someone use the method EN 12766 for the PCB oils in ECD?
This is because in my opinion, tried sperimentalemte there are several errors.
I want to know what conditions used because with those mentioned are unable to resolve the mixture standard.
All suggestions are very welcome.
