I personally use "CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics" and "Lange's Handbook of Chemstry" togehther with a few others but if you like online, here is a pdf document:

http://research.chem.psu.edu/brpgroup/p ... lation.pdf

and then there is that one:

http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?page=pkavalues

You might find more if you search for them.

Hello all,
it may be a little too late but her are two other links:
- first drugbank were most of the commercial drugs are cited with phys-chem properties : http://www.drugbank.ca/
-second, an online software that calculate pKa from chemical structure, i found good correlation with litterature values : http://www.vcclab.org/lab/alogps/

Hope it is helpful
