Micro ECD Cleaning/Refoiling

I have an Agilent 6890 and I need to get the micro ECD refoiled or cleaned, but I can't seem to find a business that has this service. I was hoping someone on here could point me to a place that does, preferably in the US.

I have had ECDs from 5890s cleaned by NRD in NY with good results.

Agilent is it now, they just dispose of the old cells and send replacements.
