I want to know whether a chromatogram generated using totalcrom can be developed with chemstation.
This is because software ageilent handles much better area under the function.
Thank you very much!
I also have available the software varian and dionex.

I know that you can use the convert funtion in TotalChrom to generate different file extensions. I've used this to take all the data points from the raw file to plot in Excel. Not sure if you can import something like this into Chemstation though.

Despite the technical acquity of numerous PC oriented chromatographers who will beg to differ with me on this, I'll go ahead and say "No". The native file formats are almost certainly different from CDS to CDS and moving raw files around and integrating them with other software would be seen as "dodgy" at best.

If you can find some software that will actually integrate exported (ANDI) data from various vendors' software, you may want to investigate that option (is Chrom Merge still around?). Some CDS will allow integration of their own native raw formats and ANDI files, but I'm not sure if Agilent has any such options in its packages.

Find an export option in TotalChrom, and export to AIA/ANDI format.

Then in the ChemStation, use File, Import, Load AIA File ... .

I have not tried it, but the capability is in the software.

Thanks !!!!!!!
Monday next try.
The reason that I must make this thing is that with totalcom is difficult to make the area under for the analysis of hydrocarbons in accordance with the method ISO 16703 still there ... I want to show chromatograms.
Thank you Fra

You may not have your integration parameters optimized properly. There are several parameters that can be tweaked in Totalchrom. Try doing that before trying to send a raw file to a "foreign" chromatography data system.

Hello Mary,
I have already approached the Italian specialist PE but nothing can be done.
In fact I want you to see the chromatogram, but he put online Monday.
Thank you
