Have you ever analize catalase and superoxide dismutase by HPLC or anything similar to these enzymes?
Can I do it by this way? How?
Thanks

The standard procedure to do this is to run a reversed-phase gradient from 5% organic to about 70% organic with 0.1% TFA in both solvents. You may be successful with a standard modern reversed-phase column, but you may get better results using a packing with a pore size of about 300 Angstroem.

What is the approximate MW of these enzymes?
SOD MW

Recalling from more than 10 years ago, I think the MW for SOD ranged from about 32kDa to more than 150kDa depending on the type and number of subunits. I didn't do any chromatography of these. CuZn was the smallest with 2 subunits.
