Shimadzu GCMS for environmental testing?

Hi, I'm curious if anyone out there has used Shimadzu GC/MS for EPA environmental methods. We are looking into a new instrument to run low-level PAH by 8270 and potentially 525.2. I ran a GC-2010 with FID at a pharma QC lab and loved it, but I'm wondering if their GCMS systems (most likely QP2010) could hold up to the abuse of regular environmental samples. Our other option is the tried and true 6890/5973.
Thanks
