3396 Integrator KEYBD Error Light Blinking

Hi All,
I just changed the paper in my 3396A integrator and the KEYBD light is blinking and the keyboard is utterly non-responsive. I have changed the paper many times previously. My manual says that a blinking KEYBD light indicates OUT OF PAPER. I have taken the paper out and re-inserted several times........also turned integrator of and on again several times and unplugged as well. Any thoughts or help?? Muchas gracias de antemano!
