My current favorite, although a fairly small thing, is our pippetting gun. As a recent graduate I’ve been used to those damn wind-up red things that never work properly so this is breath of fresh air as well as holding something with a trigger is just cool. (may have also pretended to be bond on a few occasions accompanied with funny looks from the other staff :) )

We just got a Waters GC/MS/MS...we'll see how cool it is when it's running. :wink:

Without a doubt our self zeroing buret. Something like 10 or 15 hand-blown glass joints. I've only broken one.

I still like the GCMS; we got the first benchtop HP unit in the state, had to figure out what that "Windows" crap was though....had never heard of that...or a mouse...
