Agilent Chemstation Rev. B.04.02 not initializing

Hello,
I am trying to set up an 1100 Series HPLC for one of our labs. I have been able to connect and configure the instrument, however the software will not initialize. The software stops on the Data Analysis portion of the initialization. I have checked the CHEMSTATION.INI to see if the paths for initialization were correct, and they all seem to be. I also went through the Windows OS configuration steps provided by the Agilent Manual, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.
