Error not opening Online and Offline program

We have Agilent 1220 INfinity LC and lately when we try to open the program we occur always in this error " '_Seq(uence)File$' key in section [PCS,1] of ChemStation.INI not valid or specified does not exist " and the program shuts down. How can we solve this problem avoiding to reinstall the software?

Check that there is def_lc.s file in your default sequence folder eg. C:\CHEM32\1\SEQUENCE

Looks like someone cleaned a bit to much
