Dear sir,
i am using solid phase extration method for bioanalytical lab, is there

any strict provision for the use of type of SPE cartridge for acidic,Basic or

neutral compounds,How i will select SPE cartridge for differant

compounds?

If you like a smooth way, try the Oasis columns from Waters.
Take a look at their website (www.waters.com) and look at the oasis 2x4 strategy.
I know its a marketing think, but I like the easy to understand setup and if you don't have much experience with SPE its one of the best ways to accomplish the job.

All of the SPE suppliers should be willing to assist you in finding the right unit for your particular application and all produce a guide on the cartridge to use based on the chemical nature of your analyte.
