Clarus 500 communication problem

Dear all
I have a Perkin Elmer Clarus 500 which have developed some problems with its connection to the computer. The GC has a dotLINK interface and is connected to the computer by a serial connection on com1.

As my work trying to get this connection to work is not bearing fruit, I would like to try to change to at ethernet connection. According to the user guide, linked below, I should use the PE software IcarusIPConfigure to configure the IP address of the dotLink. I've written PE, but no reply yet.

Do anyone have this IcarusIPConfigure software?
