ZIC-HILIC Column cleaning

Hello experts,
I am using a ZIC-HILIC column to detect polar molecules, but I have some background peaks. Could I clean it eluting only water+2% ACN for a while or the column would be damaged?

Afaik 100 % water may be fine too, check for column regeneration: http://ftp.mn-net.com/english/Instructi ... 905_EN.pdf.
