need help for Injector leaking (HPLC1100 Agilent)

I have changed the rotor seal and isolation seal on my HPLC 1100 injector and now it leaks. I would like to know what causes leak

Either you have some dirt in there, put it together incorrectly, or didn't tighten the three screws evenly and tightly. Or does it leak where the six 1/4 inch fittings attach (we don't even remove those when we replace our rotor seals)?
Did you check Agilent's web site to see if there's a technical video on how to do this? They've got a bunch...

thanks Consumer products Guy.
I have found why that leaks. Because the piston is not tighten enough. I had to open the box and tight the piston.
